・Responsible for the research and development of suitable preparations of pharmaceutical products, independently carry out prescription screening and process development of different dosage forms under the guidance of the person in charge, formulate implementation plans for phased goals, and solve technical problems in preparation research
・Responsible for preparation related documents writing, including partial preparation data, process verification scheme, process verification report, batch record, original record, etc., responsible for data consistency
・Report project progress regularly and communicate actively

・Pharmaceutical preparation, pharmacy and other related majors, master degree or above
・Proficient in the laboratory development process of different dosage forms and the maintenance and use of related instruments and equipment, and master the relevant international patents and literature review
・Proficient in generic drugs, new drug research and development process, drug registration regulations and other related knowledge
・Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and strong sense of teamwork

・Independently completed molecular biology experiments, such as PCR, Q-PCR, molecular cloning and in vitro transcription, Western blot, and immunostaining. Proficiency in plasmid construction is preferred
・with cell culture, cell transfection, virus titer determination and other technologies
・with lentivirus, adeno-associated virus packaging experience is preferred
・Responsible for data collection, recording and sorting during the experiment, and issuing the experiment report

・Master degree or above
